GO ONLINE TO WWW.PIONEERCREDIT.COM, CLICK ON THE COUNSELING FORMS LINK AND THEN ON CREDIT COUNSELING PROGRAM, CHOOSE YOUR STATE AND CHOOSE EITHER THE ONLINE AUTO-PAY FORM OR THE PRINTABLE VERSION.

2. IF YOU DID NOT CHOOSE THE ONLINE SUBMISSION CHOICE, PLEASE RETURN THE FORM WITH A VOIDED CHECK WITH YOUR NORMAL PAYMENT TO PCC.

3. RELAX AND LET US DO THE REST, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAW YOUR PAYMENTS ON THE SAME DAY, EVERY MONTH FROM EITHER YOUR CHECKING OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT.
