What financial education courses do you offer?
Pioneer Credit Counseling holds free financial and debt management classes. You will learn financial responsibility using the Simplified Guide to Financial Life Skills as your textbook.
How can I find more information on your credit and debt management seminars?
View a schedule of our upcoming credit education seminars. If you cannot locate a time or place that is convenient for you, contact our home office at 1-800-888-1596 and other arrangements can be made.
Does your credit report inquiry hurt my credit?
No, we do what’s called a “soft inquiry.” Soft inquiries do not affect your credit score, and they are not revealed to potential lenders or creditors.
Do you provide programs for a group session?
Yes. Contact us if you have a group that would benefit from one of our programs. Depending on the number of people, we can hold a class at our location or may be able to send a counselor to your location.
Do you have any publications?
We print the Pioneer Pilot every 2 months and it is filled with valuable and unique tips for saving and information on current financial events that may affect your life. You may email us to join the mailing list.
