Danger Signs: Too Much Debt

Credit balances exceed income. Behind on monthly payments. Unsure of how much debt is owed. Use credit cards for daily expenses. Receive creditor calls for not making payments. Use one credit card to pay off another. Credit limit is frozen. Receiving over the limit fees on credit card accounts. Thinking of filing for bankruptcy.

There are a number of options available for people with uncontrollable debt. One of the most beneficial and effective debt solutions may be a debt management plan (DMP). We help anyone who wants to reduce or eliminate their debt. There are no limits on age, gender, race, color, creed, or income level.

1. Two or more accounts (credit cards, loans)
2. Debt-to-Income Ratio of 20% or more
3. A source of income

If an individual meets these simple requirements, they may be a good candidate for a debt management plan. All calls are free and strictly confidential.

Debt-to-Income Ratio

Calculate the debt-to-income ratio using this simple formula: Total Amount of Monthly Debt (excluding mortgage or rent) / Total Monthly Income x 100% = Debt-to-Income Ratio.

Included Debt

Unsecured debts:Credit cards, medical bills, personal loans, gas cards, utility bills, department store cards and repossession and collection accounts.

Excluded Debt

Secured debts: Mortgages or car loans are not allowed. As long as the individual continues to be responsible for maintaining these debt payments while on our program, there is no risk of losing their home or car.
